As a loving husband to Sarah and a proud father of three: Henry, Nicholas, and Sylvia. Jeff values family and cherishes the joys of parenthood. In his leisure time, he finds solace in trail running and swimming, embodying a healthy and active lifestyle. Jeff's passion extends beyond personal interests; he is deeply committed to giving back to and supporting the employees who contribute to the success of his endeavors.

Keith Cotter is a driven and inspiring business leader with Specialty Saw for nearly a decade. Hailing from the picturesque state of Vermont, Keith brings a unique blend of business acumen, creativity, and a passion for excellence to his role. Prior to his successful corporate career, Keith was a formidable force on the professional motorcycle racing circuit, showcasing his fearlessness and competitive spirit. Beyond the fast-paced world of sales and marketing, Keith finds fulfillment as a devoted father to Sadie and a loving husband to Gina. His journey from the adrenaline-fueled racetracks to the dynamic business development landscape reflects a versatile individual committed to personal and professional growth.

Irene McDonald began her accounting career as a Business Education teacher until the birth of her first child in 1981, when she became a stay-at-home mom and entrepreneur, starting her own bookkeeping business. Specialty Saw became one of Irene's multiple clients in 1986, when child #3 was born (and came to work with mom, becoming the youngest member of the Specialty Saw family). In addition to part-time work at Specialty Saw (and her bookkeeping business), Irene ambitiously worked full-time at her husband's printing business as Controller and HR Administrator. In 2004, Irene began a full-time accounting position at Specialty Saw, moving into a position as Controller and HR Administrator. Irene's passions include time with her husband of 44 years, their (4) children, spouses, and (5) grandchildren, gardening, flower arranging, cooking, and home projects.

Rob Boscarino is a dedicated and strategic financial leader who joined Specialty Saw as Controller in March 2025. With over 15 years of experience in accounting and financial management, Rob combines sharp analytical skills with operational insight. Before joining Specialty Saw, he advanced from Staff Accountant to FP&A Manager at LAZ Parking, where he honed his leadership and financial expertise.

Outside of his career, Rob’s passion for baseball has been a defining part of his journey, having played as a catcher throughout his school years and with the Albertus Magnus Baseball team from 2006 to 2009. Away from work, Rob enjoys refining his golf game, appreciating the sport’s emphasis on patience and precision.

At home, Rob is a devoted husband to Lauren and a proud father to Lucie and Lena. His path from the baseball diamond to financial leadership demonstrates his commitment to excellence in both his professional and personal life.

Dave Nagy joined Specialty Saw in June 1971 after college, and as second-generation president since January 1976, Dave fostered the evolution of Specialty Saw into the industry-leading force it is today. As President Emeritus in his retirement, Dave provides engineered solutions analysis for our customers, emphasizing improving their sawing applications and processes. His other passions include time spent with his wife Beverly, their (3) children, and (6) grandchildren, gardening, fly fishing, and traveling the world.
